Damien came on time and got our dryer vent cleaned out in less than an hour! Charged a fair rate and explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciated as someone who doesn’t have much knowledge on home stuff. I used them at my old condo and here at my townhome. Mack was able to come the same day to help us figure out why our dryer was not working properly. He was able to discover a larger problem that saved us from a potentially dangerous and expensive problem up in our attic. He was very informative, pleasant to work with, and very, very thorough.
