They did fine for us for the 2020 tax year for our personal and receiving our information for a trust.It wasn’t until last year that we were very disappointed and were met with a lack of true professionalism and help from their CPAs.For the 2021 tax year, they failed to let us know that we needed to make distributions to avoid incurring a hefty tax payment. All we needed to do was distribute some of the funds to the beneficiaries, which as a CPA with our information, should have told us to do. Not a customer and won't be one now. When you call and get the "accountant attitude", it's always a bad sign. Add in that no one calls you back - and that's a recipe for a bad Yelp review. What is "accountant attitude" - it's where they listen to your issues and then treat you like you are **also** a CPA. They assume you understand all terms, know what each arcane IRS form is called, and understand complex tax law. The WORST. They work against you, Never have a time to meet with us. Always do everything thru email. Seriously? No time to meet with your clients? They got pay for nothing. We had to pay another accountant to do our taxes all over again. NEVER AGAIN.
