Started going to Allegiance Chiropractic in Severn, close proximity to my home, and I must say I am very pleased with the service from the time I walk in til I depart. Dr. Bill Cox is very knowledgeable, attentive & works wonders on my back & neck. His assistant Amanda is very friendly and helpful. She will make you feel welcome, comfortable & a step ahead… ready for Dr Cox’s patients. There’s good energy all around the office. Dr Bill Cox is a great chiropractor, family man & a fun fact … his office is totally awesome and one can tell he adores his family and his DC & Marvel characters… HULK or BATMAN anyone lol …. Dr. Cox is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He and his staff member Amanda are super friendly and helpful. The adjustments are very professional and help to relieve any pain or tightness that I feel in my lower back and shoulders. I always feel like a new person after a trip to Allegiance Chiropractic!
