    This type of yoga under, Linda's guidance has helped me so much with my chronic lower back pain. She has shared methods to help me maintain and manage so that I have less pain and much greater freedom of movement.

    This type of yoga(svaroopa) is an immensely healing practice. Linda is very skilled at teaching the precise poses needed to help with the healing of many physical concerns, including overuse and old sports injuries. Her beginning and ending shavasanas are the most relaxed I feel all week!
