Cynthia Milligan, a staff member at Store 01890, is praised for her exceptional service, including helping patients get in and out quickly and answering phone calls. Overall, Walmart Vision & Glasses provides top-notch vision care at an affordable price.
I first want to start off by saying Cindi really goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are well satisfied and helped. She was more than nice and was overly patient with my situation. If you want contacts or glasses ask for Cindi. :)
I could call and schedule an eye exam within the same week. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I was not greeted upon arrival. Employees were sitting, and it was an awkward wait at the counter till someone finally acknowledged I was there and directed me to fill out papers and wait for the eye doctor. Additionally, some surfaces of the eye exam equipment looked dusty. Other than that, the experience was fine. Dr. Jesse Catron was very professional. Easy appointment setting for eye exam. Bob and Dr. Jesse very friendly, not pushy. I just wanted a prescription because I order my glasses online. Very cooperative. Only $80 for exams, others in the area, $130 to $160.
