It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist or any medical office for that matter. I had a dental emergency and I called every dental office within 50 miles with no luck until I called Smiles! Family Dental. From the moment they picked up the phone, I could tell they were different. It was obvious they cared about my emergency and made me a priority. Even though I’d never been there before, they got me in IMMEDIATELY! I got there and they treated me with such empathy and professionalism, it was truly a breath of fresh air and such a relief. They worked quickly but thoroughly and less than 2 hours after first calling them, they had removed the infected tooth! The next day I had a question and the doctor/dentist called me back herself. Smiles! provides the kind of compassionate, patient focused dental care that is otherwise markedly absent on the Eastern Shore and in the US in general. I’m never going anywhere else and I feel very fortunate that I found Smiles! 5 stars!
Grace Kim is very professional. Preventative dentistry is an important aspect of their service! David is always kind and helpful. He greets you with a smile.
