This was my first time visiting this dentist office. The staff was very friendly and my wait time was quick! Dr. Heber did an excellent job with my tooth extraction. The extraction was quick and painless. I highly recommend Dr. Heber to everyone!

It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist or any medical office for that matter. I had a dental emergency and I called every dental office within 50 miles with no luck until I called Smiles! Family Dental. From the moment they picked up the phone, I could tell they were different. It was obvious they cared about my emergency and made me a priority. Even though I’d never been there before, they got me in IMMEDIATELY! I got there and they treated me with such empathy and professionalism, it was truly a breath of fresh air and such a relief. They worked quickly but thoroughly and less than 2 hours after first calling them, they had removed the infected tooth! The next day I had a question and the doctor/dentist called me back herself. Smiles! provides the kind of compassionate, patient focused dental care that is otherwise markedly absent on the Eastern Shore and in the US in general. I’m never going anywhere else and I feel very fortunate that I found Smiles! 5 stars!
As soon as I walked into Smiles Family Dental, I felt bright, warm, and cozy atmosphere. Not only was the facility clean and welcoming, but the staff were also kind and friendly, which made me feel at ease right away.
What impressed me the most was Dr. Grace's approach to care. She didn't just focus on treating the surface-level problem but took the time to look for potential underlying causes. Throughout the treatment, she thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and the procedures she would perform, ensuring that I understood everything.
