I had a leather jacket that had a broken zipper that needed replacing. I chose Salisbury Custom Tailor because I've been here before and they always did a great job and are very friendly. They told me the jacket would be ready the following Wednesday, and it was. They did an absolutely wonderful job, and the jacket is better now than it was when it was new! Extremely pleased!

My wife ordered a mother of the groom dress and it had to be altered. It was quite fancy, Salisbury Custom Tailor did the alterations, and the dress looked absolutely gorgeous! They gave us a date when it would be ready, explained what had to be done, and had the dress back to us in plenty of time. The alterations were perfect. I took in a costume that I bought online that shipped for an anime convention that was happening in just over a week. Before I took it in to get tailored, it fit awkwardly around my waist, needed buttons reinforced, snaps for the cape, shorts taken in, etc. It was a decent amount of work to do but it was done just in time for my requested date. The woman who pinned up the outfit on me was incredibly helpful and fast and very friendly before and after the work was done. She never once made me feel uncomfortable for bringing in something different than the usual customer, especially a traditionally more masculine outfit.
