The team is known for going above and beyond, such as removing an unwanted guest from the basement and releasing it back into the wild. Stacie called to remind customers that they can return within 30 days to check the area as part of the original service. Rice’ s techs are respectful , show up as promised . Unlike the other guys. Rice’s do not try to see you a monthly maintenance program to take you money. They are honestly in the office and techs are too. I highly recommend them!
We had a massive wasps nest by our garage, Rice’s had someone out that day and he took care of it same day! Great service!
