They are an honest company that does what they tell their customers. The office staff was personable, pleasant, and accessible to take calls, and service was scheduled quickly, even same day. Technicians are timely, friendly, and proficient. Customers have praised their professionalism and thoroughness, with one technician, Brandon, doing a detailed service that included the crawl space, house (inside and out including attic), shed, and detached garage. The team is known for going above and beyond, such as removing an unwanted guest from the basement and releasing it back into the wild. Stacie called to remind customers that they can return within 30 days to check the area as part of the original service. Overall, Rice's people represent them very well, offering a reliable choice for pest control needs in Delmarva homes and businesses.
I wrote this review on Google/Yelp and wanted anyone searching a pest control company on Facebook to know about Rice's. My relationship with Rice's started February 2024 with a house watcher coming in and seeing mice droppings in a couple of rooms in our newly built house. Our absence gave these critters a clear invite to make themselves at home. Called Rice's and Larry was sent in a couple of days. This man was a godsend. I was out of state and he and I communicated by phone. Larry checked all the obvious entry points and 'hangouts', explained what he was going to do to address our issue, and scheduled a follow up appointment. What a relief to have him take care of our issue. He was great to work with! A true professional. Now that we've been back in our house for five months, we wanted to prepare for the winter, since we'll be away. Thank goodness it was Larry that came back out! He knew every detail of his initial and follow up visits. He checked the house from top to bottom, front to back. After all was done, I felt so confident that we'll have no worries again this year. He is truly an asset to Rice's Termite and Pest Control. If you work with him, you'll find him to be genuine and dedicated to do the job right the first time. I also thought we had a bee issue in the eaves in the back, but all was clear. Thorough, detailed and communicated. I've recommended Rice's to my neighbors as well. Thank you Rice's for Larry.
We called several places to get a quote for our commercial business and with no response from them we contacted Rices and Stacie was exceptional help. She got a technician out to our business the same day with a quote that was reasonably priced and scheduled us in a timely manner to get our business taken care of. I recommend them 10/10!!!!
