I joined Pure about a year ago and have used the Salisbury, West OC and North OC locations. I also travel a lot and always visit gyms up and down the east coast so I consider myself a bit of a facility connoisseur. Salisbury Pure location is a palace of a gym. It can get busy during peak hours but in such a large facility it's usually not an issue. Just about any machine you can think of. West OC can get the most crowded and since it's a much smaller facility can feel cramped at peak hours. Being so close to OC I thought it would be worse I'm the summer but it's actually not. Going to Pure Family Fitness is always a great experience. I primarily go there to use the treadmill while watching my iPad, anywhere from 4 to 7 days/wk. So I guess I've become something of a regular.
The front staff and trainers are always kind, warm, and generous with their time.
I suffer from severe social anxiety and I'm on the spectrum and it's often difficult, if not outright impossible for me to express simple courtesies to people, such as saying hello, it has nothing to do with how I feel about them, it's just a lifelong condition I deal with as best I can. I had a membership here all four years of college and it was well worth it. The prices are fair, I really like the vibe, and the machines are great. Unfortunately, I moved away so I can’t go here anymore but it made me realize how great pure is in comparison to other gyms. In my opinion, it surpasses competitors by a landslide. They are always looking to expand/improve and the staff is very friendly.
