I am new to the area. I called to schedule an appoint and they were about a week out. Hannah texted me when they had a cancellation and I took it. She was very friendly, listened to my hair history, and made sure I got what I asked for. I usually do not reschedule appoints unless I am very happy with the service. Today I rescheduled for next month. Thank you Hannah and Profiles.

Jackie is very professional and goes beyond doing your hair she also makes you feel comfortable and helps you to feel good inside and outside yourself. When I leave the salon I am confident that I look nice

Staci is the best. Great cut and she always does well with my highlighting. When I first went to her 2 years ago, I needed a fix to a botched highlight that was horrendous. She was able to fix it and restore my hair to a decent shade. Love the salon and the products they have on sale in the wait area too. From hair products to jewelry, handbags scarfs.
