I had been waiting for them to contact me to state they were ready. On 12/6/23 my intuition/gut kicked in so I gave them a call. This lady took my info and stated, we gave you a call on the 21st. Now I know I have been awaiting this $537 purchase. So I did my research before picking them up ( prompts to the IPHONE ) I had NO calls from Peninsula Eye Center OPTICAL. I have been a patient at Peninsula for many years. The doctors are good, but the wait time in the office is usually overly long. Now you can no longer call to make an appointment and expect the phone to be answered. You are sent to a scheduling answering machine to leave your info and are told you will be called back. It says the voicemail is monitored twice a day. Don't hold your breath waiting for a callback. What a terrible system! Isn't anyone conscientious anymore about doing their job? If you're in urgent need of eye care it seems you won't get it here!
