We had a great experience with PC Medics when our business computer needed repair.
They accommodated us without an appointment and took the time to understand the problem, review the parts we provided, and determine how quickly we needed the computer repaired. Darren was extremely knowledgeable about the computer and the issue, and clearly explained how he would approach the repair, including what could potentially go wrong.
To our surprise and relief, the computer was repaired and ready for pick up the very same day! When we arrived, he thoroughly explained what he had done and was happy to answer all of our questions.

He was very quick to get repairs done in rushed time constraints. Went out of his way to make sure I kept my laptop's data, talked to the company for me regarding warranty, and gave solid advice & resources about future laptop issues that may arise. May be a bit of a troll over text, but he's a pleasant one. Thanks again, man.
If you need computer help, Darren is the one. I read the reviews and true to these, he was quick to get my computer up to speed. He also took time to explain about what to do, what not to do, etc. I will be back!
