Started witn a visit and evaluation from Mike. Very professional and knowledgeable. He worked out a honest quote and presented it to me quickly. He didn't pressure me into anything, and showed me multiple options to make it work financially. There was a hiccup with the financing but he figured it out and all went thru. He also said he would email me with the contract and schedule when the system would be installed. late Friday, just like he promised, everything was emailed and he scheduled the install for the next morning. Excellent service. Called about my issue and they were here and addressed it the next day. Amanda gave great customer service, she was friendly and willing to work with me even though I called later in the day. The person I needed was not in the office and instead of having me wait until he returned, James (the manager I believe) came out to address my problem. He was very professional and friendly.
