The Technician came out and explained everything about the pests and rodents. He was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommended.
They always come in the morning when I am not home. I have tried to have them come in the afternoon but that doesn’t happen. Good product—better than Home Paramount—but terrible customer service.They send a text reminder but you can’t reply, you have to look up the phone number and call.Service: Ant extermination
Trish does a great job and provides excellent customer service. She contacted me before I received the automatic email from Orkin. Since it's the Holidays I would have been unavailable that day. We rescheduled and she was able to come on an earlier day. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Trish.
