Easily put, Marti is an excellent agent! She recently listed and sold our home on the Chesapeake Bay, not only did she sell it for OVER asking price (yes even in this market), but she did so in less than a week - to say her performance went well above expectations is an understatement. She had professional photography done that included drone photos which really helped market the property to its fullest potential. Let me just start by saying #movewithmarti is where it’s at! 46 days, YES you read that right! 46 days from the time we put our house on the market until settlement (which was today)!
