Very nice facility; front desk and support staff are excellent. Stella does the best massage I've ever had in my life (and I've had many!) I have a painful chronic condition and (relatively) frequent surgeries; she helps so much in healing, managing pain, and trying to lengthen the intervals between procedures. I've also been seeing Frankie for facials. She does a wonderful job and is definitely mitigating the impact of everything on my face. I cannot say enough good about these awesome ladies.

I’m going with three stars to be fair. Up front, the customer service upfront (manager, receptionist, other employees) was awesome. However my 60 minute massage was definitely 40 mins exactly. I timed it. I took pics. They can check their cameras. It was a 40 min massage when paying for 60. That’s my only “complaint”. Massages are a luxury in this day and age. I don’t want others to think they are getting a full hour when they won’t.

Fabulous! I had been considering the membership for a few months and saw they had a special so I walked in and joined. I had made an appointment with the first available therapist so I didn't know how it would go. The therapist was wonderful! I prefer firm pressure and this massage was just right. The front desk staff member explained the membership very well and you understand up front is a year long commitment. Be aware that each hour massage is 50 minutes as they include your dressing time, but for the price it's still reasonable (70$ with membership). The only thing that keeps it from being a 5 is the not-very-friendly manager. My interactions with her were minimal but she doesn't give off a great vibe.
