First time customer. I already had a prescription. I did not have to wait at all. The rep was very patient and helped me find 2 great frames. She then priced out several different options for me.
I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses, progressives, one were sunglasses. Both pairs cost less than one pair would have cost anywhere else I checked! She told me they would be ready in about an hour. In 28 minutes, both pairs were ready! A different assisted me and made adjustments. They were so pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend them, as well as go back myself for future needs!
Amazing experience. It was an emergency situation and Jonelle and her team got me outfitted with a new pair of progressive glasses in an hour. They were cute, too. Efficient, friendly, and super professional. I will refer many 4-eyed friends and patronize Eyemart again.
Their customer service is amazing! While waiting fory turn, even though busy with customers, Janelle friendly, stopped by me and asked how can we help. I told her my need, and quickly. She ask Taylor. If she can addresses my need. Taylor took the time to adjust my glasses multiple times until I was fully satisfied, all the time with a happy to serve huge smile.
