Marc Carrol is amazing. Let me start off by saying that in law school your laptop is your lifeline; all of your exams are done on it, it is what you use in class to take notes, and all your assignments are done on it. My laptop was special to me as it was a gift from a local attorney who recently passed away and he helped me buy it for law school.My laptop got destroyed by corrupt software when I was doing an externship at a local law firm and had to download the software of a local IT company. This company is amazing. The owner, Mark Carroll, is probably the best IT specialist I have ever met. I'm a lawyer and in this business your laptop is everything, Mark has saved my laptop time after time. While I was in law school, I had to complete certain summer internships to graduate. During one of my summer internships I was required to have a local IT company (which I will call IMPACT) download software onto my laptop, as it was the IT company the firm I was working for used. After my summer internship, IMPACT's software destroyed my laptop and made it non-functional, and I was not in a position to purchase a new laptop (and this laptop has certain sentimental value)....read full review

We are new to the area and called Dimension X in a panic because laptop would not turn on. Mark responded quickly and fixed it the most economically way he could. He is very honest and knows his stuff. We are so glad we found a reliable computer repair person.
