Andrew and Jesse are highlighted for excellent customer service, answering any questions, providing quick estimates, and measuring spaces to ensure adequate product was ordered. The business is more affordable and thorough, with a price difference that made them worth the look. Communication and installation were great, and the process was easy. Customers would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them for any flooring needs.
Good experience. Rocco installed the carpet - he was friendly, efficient, and professional. I appreciated that he cleaned up after the installation. Mitch came by after the carpet was installed to follow up on the installation.
This is my second time purchasing LVP flooring from this business, but my first time using them for install. Andrew did an excellent job finding the flooring needed for the job as well as coming out to my home to measure the space to ensure adequate product was ordered. It only took 1 week for the flooring to come in and the very next day the installer Rocco was able to complete the job. From start to finish, the process was seamless and I would 100% recommend this business for any of your flooring needs.
