Try a chiropractor. I struggled with constant, overwhelming pain for 3 yrs. Deep tissue massages helped tremendously for $$$$$. Still had a knot in my back though. Dr Mike got that knot out in 3 minutes. Cost effective, time-saving and life changing. Won’t hurt to call for a consultation.
