My Am Staff/Lab mix, Sansa has been going to Banfield (SBY) ever since I adopted her this past January 2021. They got me in right away because I wanted to do a checkup within the week of my picking Sansa up from the Shelter. I happened to be in PetSmart with my mom and brother, picking up some things for Sansa for when she did finally come home with me, when I realize that there was a Animal Hospital inside of PetSmart. I went over to the counter, explain my situation and asked what was the earliest appointment. They had me in by the following week. I love the staff and how they interact with all the animals that come to the door. Sansa is extremely comfortable and I’m extremely happy with her care.
