Barry and Justin have been out to my home twice a couple years apart for different things. Both times they found that my septic system had additional undetected problems. They hung in there each time and got everything fixed well, charging a reasonable amount (most recently, nothing) for the additional work. I was also amazed this last visit when Justin had to trench about 30 feet to put in an electrical line to wire a new septic alarm. When he was done, he put the sod back carefully so that I could hardly see where he'd dug it up. Details matter to me, so I appreciated that very much. B.L.
