Had cataract surgery by Dr Shaik with all follow up appointments. Excellent explanation of procedure, eye drops and follow up care. My vision is now almost perfect without glasses. Techs knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Check out smooth. Very professional group.
I have been going to Azar Eye Institute for about a year now. I recently called to check on an appointment and get my information sent to the MVA. I initially left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. The young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. Then I received and additional call from the clinical staff letting me know they had sent my documentation as requested. Again the young lady was super helpful and friendly. I wanted to give them a shout out for the quick help and information I received! Thank you!
Wanted to be sure to give ophthalmic tech Sierra 5 stars. What a pleasant, patient and professional young lady. She maintained a positive attitude throughout testing, and seems to know her job well, and knows how to be efficient without making you feel rushed.
