I have been going to Azar Eye Institute for about a year now. I recently called to check on an appointment and get my information sent to the MVA. I initially left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes. The young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and kind. Then I received and additional call from the clinical staff letting me know they had sent my documentation as requested. Again the young lady was super helpful and friendly. I wanted to give them a shout out for the quick help and information I received! Thank you!
Wanted to be sure to give ophthalmic tech Sierra 5 stars. What a pleasant, patient and professional young lady. She maintained a positive attitude throughout testing, and seems to know her job well, and knows how to be efficient without making you feel rushed.

I like Azar. My kids and I both are seen there. They got us in very quickly. The whole staff was sweet. Glasses were ready within a few days. The only thing I didn't like was when it came time to pick out glasses. They have all these different frames set up nicely on the wall and it all looks beautiful until they find out you have states insurance and then they tell you to pick out from the trays that are shoved on a small end table back in the corner. It's a little degrading I must say.
