4 AC’s needed cleaning badly. They had been neglected for serval years. Carson came out and cleaned units. Has made a big difference in cooling.
Will have them serviced twice a year now.
With temperatures soaring and our A/C system not cooling, we called Shaw’s on a Wednesday afternoon. In addition to scheduling an appointment for ‘first thing’ the following morning, the receptionist advised we turn the system off to prevent the unit from freezing.
The technician, Carson, arrived promptly the following morning, quickly determined the problem, had the parts and said he could fix it then and there, and gave us a reasonable price. It was all done in less than an hour.
