Our boat navigation computer needed more RAM which I attempted to replace myself. I thought I did it right but the displays no longer worked after my attempt. I called Tri-County Computers and Montre set up a time to meet with us. Montre fixed the issue quickly. The computer worked again when we returned to the boat and hooked it up. If it didn’t work, Montre was willing to come to the boat to try to further diagnose the problem. Thank goodness he was able to fix the issue so quickly and we truly appreciate his offer to come to the boat.
I dropped off my laptop at Tri-County Computers on Sunday, August 25, 2024, because it had no power and wouldn't turn on. I picked it up on Monday afternoon, August 26, 2024, and it’s working perfectly now. Thank you, Montre
