John and Tyrell were prompt and very friendly. They explained the cleaning process and upkeep for carpet and tile. I feel they spent an adequate amount of time in each area and certainly appreciate their hard work. I enjoyed talking with them about their children and their Christmas plans.My only complaint is that your website states carpets will be cleaned under “most furniture that can be safely removed.” The following items were not removed and cleaned under: lightweight quilt rack (pic attached), lightweight ceramic pot w/ferns (pic attached), 2 LR end tables (1 pic attached) and 2 (BR end tables.) 5 stars for Diago. 1st time getting my carpets done and WOW what an amazing job done. Diago worked hard and put his all into my carpets and was very pleasant to talk to,he even let me know if I needed my wood floors done they can also do them & didn't even know that was an option so I will definitely be calling back and asking for this young man again in the near future. Thanks Diago for an A++ job. Definitely recommend him for the job!!!

Diago was terrific! He was punctual, communicative, courteous, and overall just a great guy to deal with. He took note of a shortcoming of the last Stanley Steemer visit we had (different tech) and went out of his way to make sure the same issue didn’t recur. He cleaned and deodorized our bear of a dog-stained sectional, and showed no hesitation to do the task even though it was clearly a tedious thing to have to do. As thorough as he was, he completed the task quite quickly.
