I am retired from the flooring industry and have known Bob Smith ( owner ) for about 20 years . When my wife and I wanted to redo our upstairs bedrooms , hall & steps we went to RPS . We meet Bob who walked us through & recommended some products to us . He then assigned Rick Patton to guide us & finalize our project. We purchased VLT for the 3 bdrms & a nice Berber carpet for the steps & landing. The whole process went very smoothly . The installation of both the VLT & carpet went great . Both teams of installers where clean , polite & very professional in there workmanship . We couldn't be happier with the finished job !!!! Highly recommend !
