“From the first phone call to an office I had never been to before, until the follow up appointment, I was very impressed by Dr Constantine & his staff. I happen to be a retired dentist myself so I was very familiar with the procedures that are common to my dental predicament, an emergency visit for a fractured premolar. Dr. Constantine's office gave me an emergency appointment for that afternoon. The treatment could have been a root canal, a crown or an extraction. Thank you so much for seeing me that day. An x-ray was taken, I was numbed (very well) the broken part of the tooth was removed & I was reappointed for the crown I need. The office was clean, spacious, accommodating, & friendly. I had an opportunity to ask any questions I might have & I was in & out of the office in 45 minutes. Well done! I would highly recommend this convenient central Towson dental office to anyone, I was certainly impressed.“

Only giving 4 stars because the front desk is not very friendly. You walk in and no one says anything and you’re left standing there wondering what to do. I sat in the waiting room waiting for my kids to finish their cleaning and overheard the front desk having a conversation with a patient over the phone. When she got off the phone she started talking about the patient.

As someone who works in a medical setting this was unprofessional and rude. They need to be mindful about who is in the waiting room and how loud they are.

I will also add my appts for my children were changed and I didn’t receive a phone call asking if it was okay just a text message telling me the times. I schedule appts 6 months in advance. A phone call would have been appreciated.

There is always room for improvement. Hopefully things will change.

EDIT- Dr K did call to make sure we could resolve this. As I knew he would. I truly believe there is room for improvement. This office is just the best.“

“I’ve been avoiding the dentist for years because I had a rough experience with my last dentist. I wish I’d come to Canton Dental sooner! Everyone was so kind and explained every step of the way and kept checking in to make sure I was OK. I even got a little break between bottom and top teeth. Normally the dental experience is some dude talking at you while you power through the most uncomfortable 45 minutes of your year. Couldn’t recommend Canton Dental more!“
