Dee will not help you and when you post a review about her, Dr Schendel will give her the day off to take you to court about your review. Obviously nothing came of that because we have a right to review they way she treats patients but just know that not only is Dr Schendel fully aware of the way Dee treats patients, he supports her and even enables her to try and press charges against his own patients if you leave a bad review. Oh he also either gives her access to or directly discloses to her medical information. This review is regarding the new staff members only. I understand this office had an immediate need to hire two new staff members. I truly hope the newly hired employees are temporary until more qualified people are hired. Dee, who claims to be the office manager, runs the office exactly like a business and not as a health care facility. She's not really friendly although she does smile while rudely treating patients like an account rather than a human. Great office as long as you don't have to deal with anyone in the front office! Tina, the receptionist talks about patients that just left and how she doesn't like them or that they are ignorant to her coworkers. Unfortunately she could care less 10 people are sitting in earshot. I know that the doctor who owns the office can hear Tina, but I'm not sure with HIPPA regulations, nothing to say about respect for clients, why he doesn't talk to her. It's a prime example of a person who hates her job.
