McDowell's came ASAP when our well stopped working. They mentioned a potential additional issue with the hot water heater, but with no pressure at all - it didn't feel like they were upselling. When we decided to replace the hot water heater, they gave great advice. While I hope not to have to work with them in the future, I know who I will go to if I need a plumber.

Best experience possible!!! Had Steve come out and he listened to my issue and then came up with a solution in less than an hour. Best possible outcome to my issue due to his experience and professionalism. Extremely fair prices. I can't say enough how much I appreciate his help. If you need plumbing work use this company!!

I just cannot say enough about the professional service provided by this company. They came out the day after I called and somehow “fit me in” even though they had several calls that day. The well pump had “expired” and the two brothers, Andrew and Mike, diagnosed the problem within minutes. They hand-pulled the pump up which was 207’ down, replaced it with a new one and did several other things to ensure I wouldn’t have additional problem. You could tell they were experts at what they were doing. Highly recommend this company without reservations!
