Apparently, I should have read the reviews before sending you a message asking for help. I guess I fall into the category of people who have been mislead by another company using your name! Too bad you can't get that other company too quit using your name!!

Just trying to add a positive review. I came here looking to find information about my package just to find out that this is the wrong company. If you’re here to leave a review about a missing package, this company does not work with Amazon USPS or any shipping company that delivers what we’re looking for. Unless you’re in the market for some manure ??. I hope y’all are doing good over there.

I’m giving five stars because it appears that another company is being deceptive and using the name of this reputable company. The other company is taking money from unsuspecting people and creating tracking information to make it appear like they’re legit. Most of the time you can’t get a chargeback if there’s a “tracking num.” Do the chargeback anyway. In my case the number of the company did not work.
