I have to rate their service as superb. My brand new water heater was defective fron the factory (shipping?), and was seeping water after installation. I could not identify the source of the leak, so I made the call, and Harold and Tucker came right away and resealed the unit. Excellent work, excellent service.

I had a leak in my upstairs toilet that was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. I had originally called Roto Rooter to come fix it, but they said they couldn't send someone out until 4 days later! So I decided to give the local guys a try. I gave them a call and told them my issue. They were currently out on a service call, but took down my information and said they would give me a call once they returned from the service call and come to my house. Once they got to my house, they were very polite and both guys made sure to have their face masks on. Great people, great service. They came to the rescue for a bad drain/sewage line. They had it figured out and repaired in half a day. Can confirm, very knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend.
