I called these guys after I had seen their advertisement on Facebook and spoke to a guy named Ken. He was very friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable & professional. The technician that arrived to my home was very polite & attentive. He explained the process of how they were going to treat the pet stains & remove the odors. Carpets came out looking much cleaner than I had expected, no more pet odors & my home is smelling so much fresher. When comparing prices for what they offer in their basic service is when I noticed other companies charge extra for (fiber rinse and deodorizer) that these guys do not. We recently moved into a home that very clearly had someone who did not care about cleanliness...they also had dogs. We slept with the windows open last night and when we woke, the smell of dog urine was so bad. We called and they were able to get us in same day. Curtis came out...he and his coworker were so professional and very helpful. He explained everything about their process to me and just made me feel so at ease, very friendly also. I would definitely recommend this company. I am actually having them come back to do the rooms I didnt do as soon as we get unpacked and settledService: Deep clean
