I can always expect great service when I take my car to Alvin. He is honest, communicates issues effectively and always keeps me in the loop with what needs to be fixed, as well as when it needs to be done. Alvin is amazing! He worked diligently to find leaks with my 2001 BMW Z3. He was unyielding in finding the problem and resolving. He kept me informed every step of the way with detailed explanations as well as pictures to illustrate. My 20+ year old baby runs better than ever. His prices were better than comparable and his service is beyond compare. He cares about the quality of work performed, he's highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. Alvin's customer service was outstanding and he was very accommodating when a personal situation required me to leave my car there for a few weeks.
