I brought my tower to Maryland Tech to address the issue with my browser and Kyle was great explaining the problem to me,everything is good now and he is now my go to guy for future repairs.

Had the pleasure of working with Steven remotely today. I was beyond frustrated trying to get my printers to connect wirelessly. I had resigned myself to needing in-home tech support. Took a chance on calling someone local after reading the stellar reviews and I'm so glad I did!
Steven was able to connect both printers, install virus software, clean up my computer so it runs a bit faster AND was extremely patient, professional, and kind. The best part... he was able to do it all remotely!!

I've used their services years ago and they were OUTSTANDING! That's why I called them when my computer was having new problems. Steve was patient, thorough, found the problem and resolved it. He answered questions and offered suggestions he thought might be helpful. Anything computer-related in the future, I WILL call them again!! They're GREAT!!
