“Well. I'm voting for all of salon plaza, for two reasons. None specific to my stylist. He's already has 5 stars from me @mastershearz (check him out)! But back to specifics. Salon Plaza was quiet and peaceful, only those getting serviced can come and go by getting buzzed into the locked entrance! Second everyone inside was so nice. I had several his and hellos walking to my stylists and few your hair looks great on the way out. Bonus: the bathroom was clean!!“

“Melissa K - Senior DesignerI’ve worn very short hair for many years. With my last stylist, I got more compliments on my hair from strangers than I could count. So I was very concerned when I had to look for a new stylist. I looked at reviews and decided a good plan would be to find a female stylist that gets excellent reviews from men. That strategy led me to Melissa K. at Hair Cuttery in Eldersburg.After 5 cuts or so, on my most recent visit, I brought a family member with me. So I got to watch Melissa cut someone else’s hair. While combing out each section of hair to cut, she would take the time to study the direction of growth. I have watched this family member get many haircuts and never saw any stylist do that!I was leaving a hospital the other day and a man stopped me and, almost forcefully, told me he liked my hair. He seemed really impressed with my cut.I already knew Melissa is giving me the best haircuts I’ve ever had, but it’s always nice to get compliments.With Melissa’s cuts I never go through the gawky stage, of the first week or 2 post-cut. People with very short hair know what I mean.Sometimes I get a trim sooner than I really need it, to get on the same schedule as a family member.Giving a slight trim to already very short hair takes skill. And Melissa is the first stylist I’ve had to do it very well.Melissa is quiet and focused like a surgeon. If you want someone that may have been voted class clown, you might not want Melissa.She takes the time and applies her skills to get the most out each client’s hair texture. She has a rare quality, I call it finesse. Some may call it artistry.My family member loved her recent cut and she said Melissa is very quiet and gentle.“

“I came into hair cuttery today and I let Isiah know that my hair was heat damaged and thin. He did not make me feel bad about it at all. He washed my hair and gave me a treatment. He gave me knowledge on the products that he was using. He cut and pressed my hair and do you know that when I left that salon my hair had BODY!! Ok it was moving and everything. If you want your hair to be beautifully transformed don’t hesitate to go to Isiah. He is so professional and reassuring , I felt fully comfortable in his chair. My hair was really a mess when I came in and he didn’t judge me at all, he just got straight to work and brought my hair back to life.“
“From beginning to end, I had a great experience. I needed my hair braided and my regular person was not available. I needed it to be safe to park. I really didn't want to have to do a deposit up front. I called and they asked me to send a picture. She gave me quote that I was satisfied with. I made the appointment. Then I read the reviews and I got nervous. Usually you may see one or two bad reviews and I could live with that but this has a lot of bad reviews but I noticed that Braid connection addressed them anyway. So I went to the appointment and I am glad I did. Musu did my hair and she did an excellent job. It's been two weeks now and I'm still loving it and it's still looking good. The place had a wonderful atmosphere. I went to the Gwynn Oak salon. I was impressed with all the women there. Everyone was pleasant and hardworking. I will return.
