For the past month of me training here i can safely say this is my second home, everyone here is super cool and down to earth. I genuinely love the environment, the coaches and the overall vibe of the play. Literally everyone here is just like family ??
Update: this place helped me when I was at my absolute lowest. The team here are great and I am forever thankful to coach Paul, coach Milton, coach stirn, and coach Ryan. You guys are absolutely amazing people
Went to Ground Control for a special women's self-defense class hosted by Be Loud, a local non-profit dedicated to SA awareness and prevention. Erin, Elena, and Dana were all wonderful and went out of their way to help everyone feel comfortable. As someone who tries to avoid crowds in general, I was very hesitant coming into the class, but I walked away with very practical techniques.
Highly recommend training at Ground Control Owings Mills. The instructors are very knowledgeable, the team is friendly, and you will meet a ton of other cool people also looking to improve their skills and get fit. Great place for all levels from beginner to advanced.
