First and last HD tool rental for me. I rented a sod cutter and gave it a thorough rinse before returning - I took it seriously. They insisted on adding a $75 cleaning fee. It is a tool that digs up sod and dirt - did you expect me to wax it? Walked straight over to customer service and we went back together to see and they had already cleaned it - so it took 5 minutes max. I tried calling corporate and the held firm - absolutely crazy.

We always find exactly what we need at Home Depot. The staff is always attentive and always wants to help us find what we need for our projects. The prices are great and we feel like we are getting a bargain and love coming here as part of our planning and execution phase.
