Optical Center is a busy business with a wide selection of frames to choose from. Staff are accommodating and can prioritize pick-ups for customers who only need to collect their glasses. Customer service is praised, with one reviewer noting that a staff member answered all their questions and helped them choose frames. I used the Pikesville location previously for years and now this location. There is a large selection of frames in many different sizes and if needed, they will help measure and find the right size. If need they will help bend the arms of the frame to get them to fit correctly. They don't play games with trying to hide your prescription; it's right on the slip after your exam. If you're using out-of-network employer vision insurance, make sure to ask and they will fill out a detailed breakdown of the charges for you so that you can file the claim.
This is a great place to go for an eye exam, and glasses. The optometrist is highly skilled and very thorough.I found out he worked at John Hopkins for many years, and was highly respected. The service is excellent, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. And you can’t beat the prices, the exam is just $50, you can walk out with glasses for around $60. Frames and lenses!

I drive over an hour 1/2 to come here as I've been doing for over 15 years and I will continue to do so. Lots of frames to choose from and there is more than 1 person (love Keith) that can look at your face shape and help you find glasses that fit you. They've serviced my entire family of 5.
Note: you will have to wait atleast 2 weeks to get your frames but most times mine have been ready before then.
