I gave 2 stars because I absolutely adore my nail tech; however the nasty guy I assume is the owner (when you enter) needs an attitude adjustment!
He is a micromanager and always has a scowl on his face(as if I just want your money but I don’t have to be polite and smile ) they all talk about US in their native tongue and say mean things if you ask simple questions or God forbid you show them a picture of what you’d like VS what you actually get, the audacity of me actually paying $65-$80 and NOT getting what I asked for and saying so. I don't have time for stress. I just go straight to Justin. He has been doing my nails for 7yrs at his milord mill location before moving to nail pro a while ago. Justin for nails, Jenny for pedicure & brows. End of discussion. This is a 2 and a half week old nails made by Justin, no issues.

What I wanted VS what I got (Chrome Ombré)

The nail tech did not apply a decent amount of acrylic as desired and did not know how to do the look I wanted. I asked one tech should he have used pink gel powder and she said that they had gel polish that looks the same.. So I trusted the process and I was let down… You can always tell if one of them doesn’t know how to do something if they ask other techs to assist and then they keep coming over to see the process or they’re surprised how good it came out.
