We were very pleased with GloRem. We turned part of our unfinished basement into a bedroom with a sliding door closet. In addition, they installed lighting outside of the bedroom in the finished area, installed two bathroom fans, and installed new smoke detectors thoughout the house. GloRem's work was excellent and the crew were courteous. In addition, Eugene was very quick to respond to any questions we asked him. GloRem came in on schedule and on budget - what more can a homeowner ask!In short, they met all our expectations and more.

Eugene is the man! We got 4 quotes to finish our basement and I am so happy we chose GloRem. I have owned three homes and have worked with many contractors. There is no doubt that the experience working with Eugene was the best I've had in my life. He was able to produce a detailed quote rapidly and his design suggestions were very helpful. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail was superb. Whether it was his employees or sub contractors, everyone that came into our home was professional and cleaned up afterwards. His ability to communicate rapidly whenever we had a question or a change order was incredible.

We hired Eugene and his team after obtaining bids from him and 2 other remodeling companies to finish our basement. His quote was the most reasonable and was within our budget. Eugene is super knowledgeable, friendly, very professional and patient! He came to our home promptly, made measurements and a few days later presented us with a 3 dimensional model of our vision for the basement along with a complete breakdown of the work to be done with the cost.
