“Original review from April 2025 - 3 stars - Nice people but were unable to do the job as well as I was led to believe they could. Interior clean was mediocre since there were areas that weren’t wiped down but they did a good job vacuuming. The exterior detailing was okay although they were unable to fix the paint chips that I was told would be no problem to do but they gave me a small discount and my car was very shiny afterwards. Overall, for the price they charge my expectations were higher.

Update from August 2025 - 5 stars - The owner reached out to me after my original review and gave me an extremely generous offer to refund my money, redo the entire detail, and provide a rental car for me to use while they redid my vehicle! The second time around my vehicle came out way better than the first. Thank you Barrett for all of your generosity and the photography book you gave me looks beautiful on my coffee table. Thank you again!!“
