From start to finish Andrew Lord and his crew from Tidewater Construction were awesome!! We needed to have a detached garage built, Andrew came out and was very detailed in all the questions he asked. There were several things he asked about that we had not even thought of and his eye for design was a bonus (without him I fear we would have just ended up with a boring box garage). Aside from the high quality of work that was completed, the thing I admired the most was Andrew's communication! He answered all my questions, calls, and texts. Andrew Lord is the owner of Tidewater Construction in Queen Anne’s County, Md. We had a small job that most companies of his size would not take on, but he saw our need and sent 2 highly qualified construction workers. They did an absolutely perfect job and were a joy. We are thrilled. His charge was more than fair. We will highly recommend them to our family and friends and especially neighbors. By the way, my husband is retired from being highly successful in building, construction, and design. So talk about critical, he is, and loved the job Tidewater did for us.
It was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with Tidewater Construction. Their professionalism, workmanship, and service were amazing. Their pricing was extremely fair. Andrew Lord was fantastic to work with and lives up to what is on his business card about changing customer’s minds about contractors. Andrew and his team always showed up on time but usually early to do work. The crew was extremely professional, did phenomenal work, and cleaned up after themselves. One of my biggest things with projects is communication.
