My hot tub stopped working and I was desperate to find someone to come fix it. It's 24 degrees and tomorrow 's high will be 20 (Saturday). I was afraid the pipes would freeze. The hot tub is the only thing that makes winter tolerable for me. I took a chance that Coastal Pool might be able to fix it. I called yesterday and was told someone could come Monday. I was very concerned about the pipes freezing and the receptionist concurred. She was able to have someone come today. 2 gentlemen arrived around 8:40 this morning and had it running in no time. Unfortunately I didn't ask their names, but I hope the office knows who they are and passes on my deep gratitude.... read full review

I have had the best customer service and dealt with people who really care about my situation. The service manager, Jena, has listened to me, has supported me, and has made me feel valued. And I’m a brand new caller!!! She really has gone beyond my expectations. I’ve been with brand X company where I put up with so much customer neglect. Jena has really made a difference. I wish I had switched to Coastal Pools years ago!

Coastal Pools did a first class job of constructing our large concrete pool with a number of customized features. Coastal was well-organized throughout the project and provided us with a detailed pamphlet up front that described every step in the process so we always knew what was coming next. Lee Petty, the project manager, always made himself available to answer any questions we had and keep us informed as to what was happening and what to expect. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pools to anyone considering a similar project
