I admitted defeat and called Eddie at Aqua Mechanical Co. His professionalism and his general concern was very comforting in this day and age. Due to my timing, a tech was dispatched the next morning. When Nate showed up, he was very polite and very knowledgeable and had the issue diagnosed promptly. Nate, let me know that my very aged well pump was bad. Luckily for me, he was prepared and had a pump on his truck. Kudos to the company for keeping common parts/equipment in stock. Nate was thorough and left no mess after he was finished. All questions/concerns were addressed with genuine concern and empathy.
