Mr.Rawling is Top Tier! He responded immediately and was able to come out that same day. We wanted to get the locks around our home changed, totaling 6 doors.

I locked myself out of my house and Rawlings Lock Co was at my door with in 40 minutes! I got an expensive extra key! I would recommend!
Mr. Rawlings was absolutely lovely. My fiance and I purchased a home this past week, and Phil was able to come out with a weeks notice (despite how busy he is) to replace all our locks/key them the same. He truly cares about his customer and did not just slap the locks on and call it a day. He adjusted the plates on my doors too so the locks sat correctly. He also straightened up old handles that were put on by the old owners. After completing all the work, he ran through everything with me to make sure it worked and that it was up to my standards.
