I have had a lot of massages in the past, but yesterday when I met Jai and had her deep tissue massage for an hour I was so impressed. She begins with a really nice stretching of my limbs and kind of like a chiropractor would do to help get your frame back in line. It was just what I needed. I felt so relaxed and she made sure that the pressure was just right for me. I also like to experience silence and zen during my massage which was what I received. She uses these hot stones once in a while during the massage and the timing is spot on. I just wished I lived in Maryland again, I live in Florida. I would love to have that massage once a month. One of the best massages I've had. She is amazing and she really gets in there to remove any tightness or knots you may have. I will continue to go back to her again and again!

I have a lot of scar tissue in my back from an equestrian accident. Jai has been the only therapist who has been able to consistently apply strong pressure that leaves me feeling twenty years younger when I leave her office. The best in Southern MD!
