This morning I ate into a plum instead of cutting it into slices which caused me to break my permanent retainer. I called and explained my situation to the front receptionist, Annalisa. She was extremely professional, helpful and polite. She told me she had an opening at noon and they could help me. Upon my arrival I was helped with a friendly smile and such care. Thank you Doctor Dowling for helping me during this emergency. I’m truly grateful.

Amazing people & amazing work. I feel like family whenever I come into the office. I always feel comfortable asking "silly" questions I have about the process of getting a perfect smile. The flavored gloves are a bonus! Sometimes it is hard to get in the books with an appointment because he is a busy man but it's worth the wait! All good things come in time. Take your time and visit the office and to meet the Dr yourself and you'll know that it's the place for you too!
