We had a pool built 9 years ago and it was time for some maintenance more than just the average cleanup, salt, chemical, open and close. Some of the waterline tiles had come loose, some of the coping was not attached as well as it should be and several pieces of travertine were starting to crack on the actual pool deck. I started contacting pool companies and the ones who would actually call me back basically wanted to tear everything out and start over. We did not need all of that. We used Allegro for the 2024 pool season as new customers and have been very pleased. They installed a Pentair control panel that we love. Makes managing the pool easier. They return a second time after opening to clean the pool which helped a lot. And they were great about draining water to the area we needed it to go during closing. Taylor at Allegro in particular has been very helpful and responsive to emails and calls.
